We first began working with Hugo and Gaby in Oct 2023. Since then, we have done a number of home improvement projects with Real Time (flooring, bathroom remodel, door/window replacement, painting, basement finishing). Wind damage to a street-facing shutter forced me into the hunt for replacements. Hugo de Silver was one of several who came out to give me a quote. He offered a couple of options and when I made my choice, he obtained material and replaced shutters expeditiously. On time, professional, and understanding were the Hallmarks of their service.
