Hugo and his team did a great job! They were on time, professional, and got everything taken care of. They leveled the subfloor and installed the LVP after I had a huge flooring issue in my bathroom. They also reattached my vanity, toilet, and tub, and reran all the plumbing because it had been leaking and was not installed correctly previously.

Hugo and his team were great to work with. I noticed my bathtub sinking and they were able to get me an estimate quickly with a more than reasonable price. Subfloor repair was thorough and they were able to identify a broken pipe causing the damage. They also repaired a significant portion of plumbing to prevent this type of damage from happening again. I had an excellent experience working with Real Time Home Improvement on the renovation of my home, including both our basement and bathroom renovations. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

Hugo was great to work with—very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Gaby, their designer, was also amazing. She helped bring our ideas together and made the whole process come together beautifully.

We found the contractor to be VERY dishonest and unreliable, failing to deliver on promises and misrepresenting their qualifications. Hugo demanded excessive upfront payments, exhibited poor management of subcontractors who he picked up from Home Depot, and was generally difficult to work with, HE IS NOT LICENSED!!!! We needed our laminate floor board to be replaced at an affordable price. We found Hugo from Real-Time home Improvement and he was excellent! Not only that his pricing was very competitive, the quality of the replacement floor was beyond expectations. And, he and his team took less than half a day to completed the full removal of the old flooring, repairs, and installation of the new floor. We needed masonry work as our front steps are completely made out of bricks and needed repairing. Hugo, from Real-Time home improvement was very responsive and knowledgeable. He worked with my busy schedule and kept in constant contact with me. He gave us a reasonable price for the amount of detailed work that is needed for this type of job. We had our entire brick steps repointed  (over 10 steps of stairs and the sides). The job was completed within 3 days and I could not have been more pleased. He brought an entire team and they went to work right away without time wasted. I liked that they did not take weeks to finish a job. The image below is of my stairs after they had finished washing them. I would highly recommend them for your brick and concrete projects. Hugo and I messaged about a hole in my kitchen ceiling over the weekend and he was able to set me up with a quote immediately and scheduled the work to be done on Monday. It was efficient, reasonable, and came out so nicely! We are so happy to have found this business. While he was here, he offered to add another job and was able to give me a quote on a future project. I also asked that they change the kitchen light while here. Everything came out beautifully.
